What is a holistic therapy approach?

Rather than just traditional forms of therapy, a holistic approach focuses on the whole person’s mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. My approach centers on supporting you comprehensively and integrating all aspects of yourself to create greater self-awareness, understanding, and fulfillment.

Do you take insurance?

I accept private pay and some insurances through Headway. If the insurance you have is not one that I currently take through Headway, you may choose to still seek therapy services that may be partially or fully covered for out-of-network providers depending on your own insurance plan benefits. I can provide you with a superbill for each visit, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You are responsible for paying the session fee at the time of the session and then submitting the superbill to your insurance after. If you are planning on using your insurance for reimbursement, I ask that you check with your insurance provider first about your coverage. Here are some helpful questions to ask: ​​

• Does my plan include out-of-network providers?

• What is the amount covered per therapy session?

• How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?

• How do I submit a superbill claim?

• For couples therapy, ask specifically "Is CPT code 90847 covered?".
