Navigating Complex Family Challenges
Families are tough. Each one is different from the next and all come with their own set of challenges. Do you feel you function differently from your family and no matter what you do or say, you seem to be the only one who sees the dysfunction? Being in this position in a family can leave you feeling frustrated, lonely, and resentful. Let’s work together to understand the whole family system and the role you and others play in order to find some clarity and explore the beauty of boundaries.

Parenting Skills
Almost everything about parenting is challenging. No matter where you are in the process, just when you think you got the hang of it, chaos ensues. Do you ever feel like you love your kids dearly (or even struggle with that part sometimes), but find it difficult to keep your cool or even wonder “What is going on here?!”? Seeking support for the parenting process is noble and I am happy to see you here. Together we can look at what is coming up for you as a parent, gaining self-awareness into what you bring into the parent-child relationship, acquiring knowledge about the developmental process to help better understand yourself and your child(ren). Whether you are a couple, single parent, co-parenting, or just a parent looking to get some support, I can help you through this dynamic process.

Relationship Issues
Whatever point you are at in your life - in a relationship or long term committed partnership, single, married, dating or divorced - relationship issues arise. Do you find yourself stuck in cycles of unhealthy communication, poor attachment patterns, or struggling to work through conflict? This can be tough to navigate, but we can work together to understand the underlying forces driving these patterns. We can also build healthy skills to improve communication, identify needs, handle conflict constructively, and bring elevated emotional awareness to your existing and future relationships.

Stress is inevitable in our lives, but we can learn to navigate it feeling confident and capable. Let’s build you a toolbox filled with mind-body techniques and mindfulness strategies to alleviate some of that stress and help you feel at ease and in control.
